I’m interested in what makes ambitious creative work possible. For more than a decade, I’ve helped artists, cultural institutions, and creative businesses grow by raising money, building partnerships, developing boards, cultivating audiences, and bringing the right people around an idea. My work often lives behind the scenes, building the relationships and resources that allow creative organizations not just to make great things, but to become stronger and more sustainable in the process.

From 2023–2026, I led major client relationships and business development at Bald Agency, helping steward and convert a $50M+ pipeline and pursuing $100K–$1M+ engagements across brand, digital, campaign, and experiential work. My tenure spanned the agency’s 229% YoY growth and 58% team expansion, as I helped strengthen the client partnerships and systems supporting that scale. Moving from Head of Accounts to Head of Business Development, I worked across the full client lifecycle, from strategy and delivery to pitching, negotiation, growth, and long-term partnership development.

I lead corporate sponsorship and strategic partnerships for Bob Baker Day, one of Los Angeles’ largest free community arts festivals, welcoming 35,000 attendees and generating 4 million social media views during event week. I develop partnerships that go beyond traditional sponsorship, building custom activations, cultural collaborations, and high-visibility brand moments that connect companies authentically with LA’s families and creative communities. Partners have included Netflix, ParamountPictures, Nickelodeon, Vans, Goldenvoice, the Getty, LACMA, and more.

I support arts and cultural organizations at the board and advisory level, helping institutions grow both ambitiously and sustainably. I currently serve as Board President of Los Angeles Filmforum and on the advisory boards of Vidiots, the Museum of Neon Art, and El Cine. Across these organizations, I advise on board development and growth, fundraising strategy, capital campaigns, partnerships, organizational development, and long-term sustainability.

I built Bob Baker Marionette Theater’s fundraising program from the ground up, serving as its lead fundraiser from 2016–2023 through one of the most consequential periods in the organization’s history. Beginning when BBMT was still transitioning into a nonprofit, I built and cultivated the donor, foundation, and institutional relationships that helped carry the Theater through its relocation, the build-out of its Highland Park home, the pandemic, and a period of extraordinary organizational growth.

That foundation has since helped BBMT raise more than $6 million and grow from roughly $314,000 in annual revenue in 2016 to a $3M+ organization today. As my role has evolved from Director of Development toward partnerships and external affairs, I continue to work closely with BBMT’s development leadership on major donor cultivation, capital campaigns, institutional relationships, and long-term fundraising strategy.

I develop fundraising strategies and write grants for everything from general operating support to project-specific initiatives, capital needs, and new creative works. I’ve secured public funding from the California Arts Council, National Endowment for the Arts, LA County Department of Arts and Culture, and City of Los Angeles Department of Cultural Affairs, alongside support from private foundations and institutional funders. My grant work spans film, theater, individual artists, arts education, cultural collaborations, festivals, preservation, and community-based programming, translating creative ideas into compelling cases for investment and building the long-term funder relationships that allow them to grow.
